30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted under our change-of-mind policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable for these voluntary returns.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the problem faster.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Australian Consumer Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
The 30-day change-of-mind period and voluntary return conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Where required by law, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty products.
